After account closure, we retain certain information for 7 years to meet regulatory requirements. Transaction records are kept for 10 years as required by financial regulations. You can request earlier deletion of non-essential data.

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission for transfers from the EU/EEA. All transfers comply with applicable data protection laws.

MobiWallet is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we discover that we have collected information from a child under 18, we will promptly delete it. Parents or guardians who believe we may have collected information from a child should contact us immediately.

We will notify you of material changes via email or prominent notice in the app. The "Last Updated" date at the top indicates when the policy was last revised. Your continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
